Where to get a new oem aux shaft pulley?

Does anybody know where to get a new oem aux shaft pulley?
Miller's mule has an aluminum pulley but I don't need fancy.

I must have overlooked that. It looks like it is 3 times as heavy as my original, worn out gear (281 grams).
How heavy is it and can I run it with a 1'' belt?
