Hello. Recently I broke the headlight of my 1969 AS spider. I need some help with the type/dimensions in order to get a replacement.
Will something like this

be correct?
Headlight Replacement
Re: Headlight Replacement
This would work if you would want to change from the sealed beams to euro H4 lights. I am not sure if that one is legal in the states but I had them for years now. They have build in parking lights and should be replaced as a set.
International Auto Parts has both kinds and theirs are legal in the U.S.
You could also just go to any auto parts store and pick up one 7" sealed beam for less than $10

be aware that these new H4 headlights have plastic lenses. To stay with a glass lense you will need an old school bulb. I have a set similar to those in my car now.

Once you remove the trim ring, study the retaining ring carefully before you start turning screws. Three hold the headlamp, two more identical-looking ones provide beam adjustment. The retaining screws are usually rusted tight. Plan on an overnite soak in penetrating fluid.
