Where do you guys find it best to install a tuning (temporary) vacuum guage on our 2L FI engines? At the vacuum port under the intake that leads to the disty advance?

I teed into one of the lines that went from the plenum to some barrel shaped item right below it that's attached to the fuel rail. Looks like a fuel filter, but I'm not sure why there would be a vacuum hose on it. I put a gauge where the clock was, just because it looked cool to have the additional needle movement on the dash.

that is the pressure regulator and increases fuel pressure under load, hence the vacuum hose
