Air Flow Meter Purchase

Post by Fiatbrit »

Hello,

thanks for a great site. My air flow meter keeps acting up on me. We cleaned it and it ran better but seems to still have issues when going from acceleration back to idle. Is it best to fine a rebuilt one? New they are quite expensive. I found rebuilt for around 270.00. Does anyone have a good used one? Thanks for the help. Has anyone used Python Injection out of Stanton, CA???

I recently cleaned/ adjusted mine. I had "misses" at the lower end so I took the top off and cleaned the track. Also loosened the swing arm and moved it up a tad so the arm and pick-up will move on clean track.

Not sure if it is the cause of your issue when decelerating but might be something to look at if you have checked other potential culprits to no avail.
