Hello all,
I've decided to buy a "new" 32/36 DFEV weber carb and single plane intake manifold that I found for sale in my city in prestine condition for 200$ I know it's a pretty big steal. Old man who had something like 6 Spiders has a bunch of parts lying around and I am extremely happy to have found this man, he has everything I could ever need!
Now is the fun part, I need to find out what needs to be done in order to make this conversion work, the carb and intake is off a 1975 Fiat spider and it has way less emissions crap all over it. I kinda know how to tune these carbs and I do not want to take it to a mechanics shop because that would be a large waste of money when I can do it myself in my own garage. I do understand their are things that need to be changed in order to make this combination work. I would like to get a step by step process by a seasoned veteran that would want to help a newbie like me!
I would be grateful for any feedback,
Thanks!
