Hello,
I picked up a brand new 34 ADF on eBay last week for only $250. It looks great, but I noticed (because it's an ADF, not an ADFA) that it does not have the provisional ports for a charcoal canister. Oddly, it does have the vacuum port for the fast idle electrovalve.
My problem is that, in my rebuild of the car, I have removed the fast idle electrovalve (I'm guessing I just need to cap that port) and am keeping the charcoal canister. For one thing, I need it to run from the fuel vent line. So my question is, what should I do with the two ports on the charcoal canister that (on my old carb) both had lines going to the carburetor.
I hope that makes sense.

Vent Line on Weber 34 ADF
Re: Vent Line on Weber 34 ADF
I have a 32ADF and the line from the canister has an open hose that extends near the carb. So its just disconnected from the carb.
