how do you know the vacuum boost is working?
I'm no Boy-Racer..... but if I can't take every on-ramp at TWICE the posted limit.... I'm a total failure!

Maybe I should of said "seems" to be working

With the engine off I pressed the pedal several times, held it down and started the engine. The pedal lowered slightly. I did this a couple of times and it responded the same.

With the engine running, when you press the brakes, do the RPMs change?
