What oversize piston is 4/10 ?

What oversize piston is 4/10 ?

I have some pistons which came out of an overbored 1608cc motor. On the top they have 4/10 stamped. I am guessing this means they are .4mm oversize which would make them 80.4mm. Anybody know for sure?
