Here is a little bit of info on the 34DMS including schematics and operation. The jetting specifications should be in the oficial Fiat Factory Service Manual.

For the 34DMSA 1/100 fitted to 1974 1756cc spiders the jetting is as follows:

Primary venturi: 25mm dia, 1.45 main jet, 0.50 idle jet, F61 emulsion tube, 1.80 air corrector,
Secondary venturi: 27mm dia, 1.45 main jet, 0.60 idle jet, F61 emulsion tube, 1.65 air corrector

0.55 pump jet, 1.75 needle valve, 6.25mm float level
