Intake Manifold Bottom plug leaking?

Intake Manifold Bottom plug leaking?

When I bought my 1800 intake manfiold 2 of the bottom plugs were missing, so I found some metric plugs to fit. One of the plugs are leaking, can I use teflon tape to seal the threads? Thanks.
