Denise, lets just say that a young lad about the age of 21 was driving when he should have been sleeping. Extremely lucky nothing got hurt but the car. It seems from what we can piece together a truck bumper was run over by him on the freeway. He had no idea this happened and just kept going. He went till applying the gas pedal no longer had any effect on his forward momentum. I just wish i knew how far the car traveled before the clutch finally gave out. He then got out to see what the problem was and saw the two passenger side wheels were tire less and bent so bad that they were catching the strut mounts and wearing a grove into them. When i triend to remove the two rims i had to take a sledge hammer to them to knowckthem loose. Another expensive lesson learened by a child I hope. Now i have 2 dead integras in front of my garage blocking accesss to my Fiats. FUn fun fun.

He is not really mine, he is mine but he is not. He is really a good kid, a very intelligent kid, . Kind a grew up with out to much of a dad, mostly just had his mom. Ive been leaning on him a little harder about things I think he is coming up short on, and he dosent complain or get mad when I lecture him. Him , my oldest boy Chris and my self have slowly been working on both of his integras the last few weekends.

We older people have the forsight of what could go wrong. It's hard to explain it to kids. Sounds like you're a good influence on this boy's life. So many don't have that.

if you've never seen a clutch like that before you aren't driving your car hard enough! Get out of the slow lane and put the hammer down

Spiderman, the donor engine is already on the patio. This one gets to stay in the car and get back on the road.

You work as quick as me, Rey. You must keep too many irons in the fire. Is it going back to the kid?
