Hi.
My first Fiat was a 67 1500 in 68. I bought a 81 2000 that run, but needs restoring.

Hi Bob,
Welcome to the site. Lots of friendly and helpfull people here. First things first. Where are you located? Reason I ask is there's probably another Spider owner somewhere near you. It's always nice to be able to have a fellow Spider owner in your area. You never know when you might have a question or need a hand.
We had a local Spider owner break down last Friday. His clutch cable broke as he exited the NJ Turnpike. Our mutual support group responded to his location and he was on his way within an hour. Clutch cable replaced and off to our meeting where we ate too much food, had a couple beers and played with the Fiats.
Next you should know that everyone wants to see pictures of your Fiat so please post some. Please describe your restoration project and any mechanical problems you may be having. Youwill receive plenty of information and suggestions from site members. Once again welcome to the site. Hope you reside in or live near New Jersey. We could always use another member. George
