1978 Spider restoration Massachusetts

Hi All,

I acquired a '78 Spider two weeks ago. It was in 1.5 feet of water for two weeks (flooded garage). Two gallons of water in the crankcase and transmission, rust froze the starter, solenoid, throw-out bearing, clutch, pressure plate, etc. I have it pretty much all apart, cleaned and lubed with most components working. Hope to re-assemble over the next few weeks. Interestingly for a Fiat, the body has almost no rust. It looks like a really fun car and it has been great to work on.
