stock oil gauge to mechanical ?
I want to put a mechanical oil press gauge on my 76 . I can't get the stock sending unit off. Can I hook the mech unit to the low oil light fitting and get accurate readings ?

Mine has got the stock sender and the mechanical line going to it.

Don't forget, they make T's that you can screw in, if you have the room. No need to loose a sensor,just add more!
