I'm looking at the two pictures you posted and it appears that you do not have the FI water temperature sensor connected to the coolant "T" that comes out of the head. If I am seeing that correctly and it is not plugged in then the car will likely never start.

Something else got bumped, a Spider will at least start and die even with the idle adjustment screw all messed up and the TPS disconnected.

You know, when you said earlier that you had checked the fuses, I thought "yes but how about the fuse" because it's not with the rest of the fuses on the fuse panel. The reason I was betting control power is because the ECU controls what you need to strart: spark and fuel. No ECU and the fuel pump won't turn on, the spark plugs won't get juice, nothing. You can't check spark by the normal method, visibly checking for spark with a plug grounded where you can see it, if the ECU isn't awake, it won't send the signal to get spark. I found this the easy way, stopped dead at the busiest intersection in the area. I had tapped the inline fuse for the ECU to get power for my cigarette lighter. I pushed in the lighter while I was at a red light and it's like someone turned the key off! The car would then crank, but not start, so I figured it had to be control power, then it was just a matter of finding the right fuse. These FI cars are very different than the carbed models. At first I thought I would never figure it out when something goes wrong, but really, it's pretty basic and troubleshooting them gets easier after a short period of time.
Glad I could help. I'll say it again, I've gotten TONS of help here on the forum, so I try to pass on a few pounds worth.
I'm not always right, but I'll throw in my ideas.

haha that sounds like me right now, currently
I am typing this from my phone because it happened again, and like you it was in the middle of an intersection.

At least I know what the problem is
