how bad is the rear bearing ? you might be able to sand it smooth again . to remove and reinstall the bearing
you need a special tool that can't be found in a normal tool store and paying someone to do this may very in
price . If the engine is still in the car you'll need to remove the radiator not sure if that's enough room cause
I've never tried replacing these in the car but i think it can be done .

I think sanding down the bad area is the easy way just be sure to use 1000 grit in the end .
