I restored all of my gauges including complete dis-assembly (to install new stainless bezels), cleaned both sides of the glass, treated the glass with Rain-X anti-fog and replaced all of the stock bulbs (except for the alternator excitor bulb) with cooler LED's. I did not drill additional holes in the housing, but had thought about it.
I now only get a very small area of moisture appearing in only one gauge if it is very humid, but this typically clears fairly quickly. I'm guessing that I did not do a good job applying the anti-fog on this one gauge. All other gauges are clear. I'll be interested to see how long they stay moisture free, as the anti-fog doesn't last forever. It has been 2 years so far.

2 years and counting sounds pretty good. Is it a pain in the rear to disassemble the gauges?

It's easy to take them apart. Just have to bend up the back of the stock bezels with mini needle nose pliers.

Thanks for the info. I will try the Rain-X solution, but not until the Spring. Going into storage as of today.
