I just received some Koni yellow's that I purchased of Tirerack.com
I did notice that the shock only have a Koni sticker and there is no logo nor inscricption embossed/engraved on the shock itself like I have seen in the past. I rang the Australian representative who said there were a batch of yellow that had only the sticker. I am paranoid I got a set of fakes????
Has anybody else come across this at all?

Shocks Arrived
I ordered my shocks from Import Replacement Parts on Feb 8, 11. I was told 4-6 weeks for delivery. After 8 weeks I had not heard anything, so I called them to find out what was going on. Good question they said and they would look into it and let me know. Two days later I had an email from them that said the front shocks were in, but they were waiting for Koni to send them the back shocks. Those would hopefully be arriving last week in April and they would send them all together. On April 26 I received an UPS tracking number from them and the shocks arrived May 2.
You can see from the picture that the build date for the front shocks was Mar 2011 and Apr 2011 for the rears, so these are very fresh. Other than the lack of instant gratification, this did take awhile, IRP did what they said they would, their communication was excellent and the price was great.

Hi bakercs
They look like the same as mine, sticker only on the shock, no etching or markings on the shock itself like Koni's of yester year, maybe that's why the price has come down a bit?????
