Wow Russ. That is one fine looking car you have there. Yes I agree $500 would have been stealing it. Do you know the history of the car? It looks like the doors and hood are original. Probabloy no body damage? Hows the interior?
Yes, I got out for a drive yesterday and again today. The weather has been perfect for top down driving lately. I went up to my son's house in Renton to help him with his kitchen remodel. It was fun, we always have a good time working together. I especially like driving at night with the top down.
Have fun.

I bought it in 1988. I'm the 2nd owner, but I don't have the previous service records. It's got 126k miles on it. All the body parts are original. The interior is in good shape. Upholstery is fine. The cast frame for the heater/defrost levers has a piece broken. Several mounting pins for the kick panel on the inside passenger side door have broken off, it's only got one left. There is some gravel chipping in the paint on the front of the hood, a little scraping on the edge of the rear wheel wells, a small rust spot where the previous owner clamped ski racks to the trunk, and a couple little scratches. I apparently put a shallow knee-shaped dent in the upper right fender while clambering over it while it was jammed in the garage

There is a tear in the rag top, that I didn't remember, but then again, I only used to drive it in convertible weather.
