How do you keep the inside of the newly fabricated radiator support from rustimg? Spray paint inside and slosh it around?

Gaps are perfect. Doors a finished and now fitted.

Everything is zinc coated with a metallisation flame spray... Then epoxy primed.

Just wondering has it already been 4 years from your 1st restoration post ? and also may I ask who is your panel beater ? looks the goods…

Yes it has been 4 years since the first post. Car is fast approaching final stages after a massive undertaking.
My repairer is Adrian from Impact Panel Works here in Brisbane (Marooka). He comes highly recommended!!!

Still completing final prep before paint... Undercarriage hopefully painted next week.
Wheels and tyres all sorted.
