We're close to having an aftermarket FI system that uses an individual runner intake with 4 throttle bodies. It will be a complete system that comes with a basic map that features a self-learning tuning program. Stay tuned for details in the coming weeks!

the manifold will have an approximate angle of 20 degrees to clear the brake booster

I'm assuming it will be fine with the RHD cars? I have the coolant overflow bottle where the brake bootser use to be, but that can always be moved.

there shouldn't be any issues with rhd. We sent the first intake to Spain and it fit fine although the owner had his own throttle bodies.

I probably won't have updates for another week, although I can say that this system will work with our distributorless ignition system. Using the two systems together will alleviate the need for a custom crank pulley and sensor.

Would we be able to use it with Megasquirt? I have just had the 36-1 wheel adapted to my pulley.....

yes, it will work with megasquirt or any crank sensor arrangement

Hi Mark,

I am in the process of adapting an FI system to my '79 - but if your system is "better", then all the better. One thing that concerns me is the cost. Custom systems usually are quite expensive - can you give us some sort of idea of the cost of your system and what it will all include? Will your system adapt to a carb'd car?

Thank you for continuing to support our little community. My 15 yr old daughter has already been reading on this forum and her eyes on my restoration - "when it will be done daddy?".....you probably know the drill.....

It's just a bit premature to quote prices. We're working on different manifold options at this point and until we settle on the particulars, pricing won't be available. The advantage over a megasquirt system will be self-tuning. Rather than spending days, weeks, months building a map, this system will self-learn as you drive.
