doesn't make sense - Artigue's stuff seems to blow right past it in what I can find in form of carb guides, etc..
does anyone have a pic where it can be sort of pointed out? Thanks a million - I've been looking for this everywhere.

I FOUND IT!!
i'm not kidding, I've looked for this thing for hours and hours. If my head weren't so huge maybe I could have slipped it between everything and spotted it. Turns out that from all angles you can't really see it - I saw the end of the screw's thread while I was trying to take a pic of the carb to post so you guys might be able to point it out or tell me I have the world's rarest Weber ever - lol. So FINALLY I was able to adjust idle speed and seems to have helped. I swear, between the mixture and idle location, all my tools are too big or too small or too fat of a handle, etc.. Unreal.
