Removal of mechanical fuel pump question...

Post by Fiat88 »

My car has an electric fuel pump that the PO installed, so I removed the old mechanical pump and placed a blocking plate over the hole. Is that all there is to it, for getting rid of the mechanical pump? Just want to make sure so I don't damage anything internally. Thanks.
