Got one this autumn - works great, but I have no long term review to offer. It comes with a thin rubber tube sleeve that covers just about the whole pump, and replaces the rubber ring that goes around the stock pump. I think it's a good idea, since the pump seems better protected all around. I ordered one directly from them, not off ebay. I didn't know they offered them there for less!
