All of those engines look great! Thanks for sharing. It's nice to see what others have done. It also helps to point out what items if done up bring out the look. :P Plus and most important, it gives ideas of where things go when everything is apart.

wow \! some excellent posts so far!
I was leaning towards a flat-black engine compartment with body-color block.... so it's nice to see some flat-black treatments.
keep 'em coming!

Thanks!

johndemar, if you resize your photos to 650 pixels wide they will show the whole thing. Like this. And it's looking good, too.

EDIT There you go, you got it. Your car is looking good. Are you painting the whole car that color? It's one of my favorites.

motors looking mighty sweet, john. Are you changing the color? I had to do some dinking around to get my pix small enough to post. I have photo editing software i got with a scanner i bought. makes shrinking very easy. Let me know if you need it and we can get together. e-mail me.

Original color on the car is/was Bruno FI 797. A brown car can only look so good.
There seems to be a way to edit the pics on Photo Bucket. I'll try playing with it in an attempt to avoid future gaffes.

Does anyone know the email address to the guy who sells the air filter kit. as seen with the plastic still on the filter. also can someone please ask these Distributor cap manufactures . to use some other colors other the brown ! maybe yellow, red, black blue, chrome. and thing but brown. know if I owned a brown car that would be one thing but mine is red. I think it is the only brown piece on my car.i see all of our engines all decked out. and they stand out like a sore thumb.
