How do you find a mechanic?

Google doesn't seem to be much help, so how do I find a mechanic who knows how to work on a Fiat? :?:

Where are you located? There aren't too many willing to work on Fiats, but every now and then, you'll find one that aren't afraid of them. Most of us have learned to do the work ourselves.
