Head bolts

Would someone be able to help me on this matter on weither to install head bolts in block with out anything on the threads or put something on the threads and torque them down.Also anything on the head gasket like grease or install dry.

I'd clean all of the threads in the block and on the bolts, then use a light oil or antiseize. As for the gasket, most modern gaskets go on dry
