In the process of installing the new heater core but was wondering if there was a specific top or bottom to the core. I noticed the new valve I got only fit over one set of studs, the other set of studs didn't line up with the valve mounting holes precisely.
Also, should I put some anti-seize on the core studs? I picked up 4 new M6 1.00 pitch nuts for the studs also and some starred lock nuts. Thx.
Heater core orientation?

Re: Heater core orientation?
Thanks for the diagram! I finished up installing the heater core and valve yesterday, I just gotta put the 4 heater box clips in. I matched the heater core up with the old one and I did notice that there seems to be a specific orientation.

There is nearly nothing that I take apart on the Fiat that doesn't get a dab of antiseize on it when it goes back together - these cars rust!!
