Fiat Down time- Any storing tips?

Haven't drove my Fiat since mid-sept. due to radiator leak. I drained the cooling system in Oct. and took the old manifold off.
So, these are the projects I've been working on since sept.:

Finished:
1. Refilled oil in gearbox
2. Replaced oil seperator hoses and flame arrestor
3. Installed Fuel pump block off plate
4. Replaced Timing belt again to take inner metal covers off
5. Cleaned the area under the manifold
Need to do:
1. Aluminum Radiator(haven't bought yet)
2. 1800 Manifold( Have, need to install)
3. New Heater Fan(Have,Need to Install)
4. New Heater Core( Have Need to Install)

I've added stabil to the gas tank but it was after I took the manifold off so didn't get a chance to cycle it through the system. Been trickle charging my battery but I decided to give it to my dad since his battery died, so gonna need to pick a new one up when I'm ready. Anything else I could do to keep the engine lubricated? Thx.

Looks like you've got it covered. You mention a mechanical fuel pump block-off plate. Are you going electric? If so, come Spring I would pump gas thru the lines for a gallon or so before attaching to the carb, since you didn't get a chance to treat the fuel in the lines

Oh yeah, and keep the car on its tires, not jackstands. Maybe a few extra psi in the tires.

The PO had hooked up a electric pump awhile ago, he just didn't remove the mechanical pump. Thanks bernie.
