1980 Fiat 2000 FI Timing

Just want to make sure before I time my engine. When the engine is at TDC the rotor will be pointing at the number 4 post. Then you hook the timing light to the number 1 spark plug wire?

you can set ignition timing on either 1 or 4, those are alternate cylinders
