Fuel Tank

My fuel tank on my 1976 Spier is shot, full of rust, does anyone know of a aftermarket set up that will replace it? Thanks.

Where abouts are you? I'd have a tank from a79 if you are in BC.

Hello ,

Just a question. How would you know if your gas tank is no longer good. The reason I ask is because my tank on the 1976
Fiat 124 does not leak but, I just changed the fuel pump. I noticed there was some dirt in my fuel. Can that be rust in the tank.

If the tank doesn't have any leaks. There are several products out there that you can use to can clean your tank. Just remove the tank and clean it. Should take you a few days to do. Once the tank is gas free. Simply add the solvent, then there is a cleaner, then a sealer. Here is a link
