A deturbo-ed Spider

Hello and good day. I have made the successful relocation to Spokane, WA and have started the hunt for a Fiat. One of the cars that I have noticed up here is a de-turbo-ed spider. It appears that somewhere along its life the turbo was removed and replaced with a section of hose. How concerned should one be about that? I am not looking for a show car, just don't want to end up with additional isms because of this. Take care and thanks for your input.
