Test Pipes

Does anyone know where to get a test pipe to bolt in replacement of my Cat.???????

I have flanges and tube. A little welding and I can make it happen.

What year is this for? I think Fiat went from the 3 bolt cat to 4 bolt when they switched to fuel injection.
