Progress! tearing down my first 2L Fiat motor

Post by TulsaSpider »

Well I finally got the 2L from my donor car to my place today. After some difficulty separating the engine and tranny. I couldn't get the engine stand to co-operate, but finally devised a solution. I disassembled everything and tagged and bagged. So far everything looks really nice! I need to find that big crank nut socket to finish the job!

Ok got everything apart. The crank nut came right off (with an impact)

3 52.84
4 50.62
5 52.88
6 50.58
7 53.06
8 52.77

Bore measurements MM
