Belt removal for 80 Carberated

I was able to loosen the belt w/Alternator, however can't find bolt to loosen smaller belt I believe I have the smog pump version of car.

Thanks in advance.

I believe the engine is AC/ carb, Do I even need the belt? I have removed the AC from the cabin FYI.
