Thought that I labeled everything that wasn't obvious or impossible to forget....
But what are these 3 connections for (the ones, near the center of the picture, without hoses on them)?
And here are 4 more unoccupied openings, one of which asks for a bolt-on device of some sort.
Where are the 2 hoses from the air cleaner supposed to go to?

Re: 34 DMSA tubing map?
the 2 smaller vacuum ports can just be plugged, they are for emissions such as the diverter valve and the egr valve, which by the looks of things they have been removed. the larger vacuum port , the one pointing upwards is for the hose to the breather, it connects on the bottom of the air filter housing at the same point as the breather hose. the hole with the bolt os for the choke cable retainer. no vacuum there. the large hose form th air cleaner goes to the crankcase breather, which comes from below the intake manifold, off the cyclone trap, a unit bolted to the block just above the fuel pump or blocking plate. the 2 small vacuum ports shown in the second picture can just be ignored, they are part of a vacuum switching unit which is not used in your application.

Re: 34 DMSA tubing map?
Thanks, BEEK.
So very nice to get info so easily.
Ha - how could I completely forget about the crankcase breather after 35 years of fixing my own cars??
I found another bag of labeled hoses, that little 2-tube thing on top of the intake manifold was (and now is again) connected to the 2 smaller open outlets in the first photo (one pointing horizontally to left side of car and one pointing horizontally to the right rear corner of the car).
So everything that wants a piece of tubing has it now.

LOL, awesome, after reading this post, I went out and looked at my carb, turns out the larger port (sticking up, first pic) which goes to the breather is un-plugged as well. Because of this, my car is running lean and thus stalling out when the choke is fully open. I have been preplexed as to why this was happening (untill now).
