If i run the engine idle and plug a vaccum gauge, what i'm supposed to read??????

if you connect the gauge to a port above the throttle, it will read 0 at idle. If you attach at a port below the throttle, it should read from 14 to 20 inches depending on various factors

So it's normal to have 0 at the advance timing hose.

at idle , yes once you open the throttle the vacuum should rise
