26-34 DSHA Carb in '80 Spider?
I currently have the stock carb in my car, but I remember someone telling me to get an older carb to help it run better once I don't have to pass emissions anymore. Is the 26-34 DSHA a good choice?

I think you want to go for a Weber 32/36 DFEV. It will be simpler without all the emission stuf, and provide a performance boost. They are available new, and enough forum members have them so you can get tech support and jetting info.

Thanks a bunch. I was just watching one on Ebay that was going for 40 bucks, and the time was almost up. Glad I didn't waste my money.
