New owner in Hamden, CT

Hello all,
I am new to the Fiat world but have been looking at this forum for the last week or so. My grandfather called me and asked me if I was interested in his 1975 Fiat 124 Spider which is about 3/4 of the wy restored. I have been thinking about getting a project car for a while now and after reading some of the posts here and elsewhere on the internet I was thrilled to say yes. I am hopefully picking it up from him this weekend (he lives in CT around 1.5 hours away from me) and starting some work next week on it. My grandfather has restored 2 of them in the past and has many, many extra parts which are coming home with me as well. I look forward to sharing my experiences with you here as well as getting some advise and help durring my project. Thanks for reading,
