Help bring my 81 Spider back to life.

Put the new stareter from Advance Auto, turned it over and got a terrible grinding noise. Then I remembered that I bought a starter for my old Spider from Advance Auto about 8 years ago and it did the same. Now I made the right choice and just bought one of Marks Gear Reduction Starters. I have a feeling I am going to be ordering alot of things from him over the next few month. Thanks
