Got Brass in my pocket!

I need help identifying this part. Looks like it goes on the oil pump. Looks like it is brass or bronze.
Thanks

Jamie,
that is way above the call of duty, thank you very much. I am wondering if this is a part from another car that got mixed in with my spider parts. I am not sure, I am at a loss also.

Can you do a side shoot of it and put a ruler or something next to it to know what size it is... I took the '83 completely apart and can't remember seeing something like that.

As I am putting everything in storage boxes I will keep an eye in case I see something like it. It would help if I can figure out the size of it.

Go slap your kid. He put that into your parts bin. It's not a part for your Fiat.
