I've got a 34 DMSA on my '74. Noticed the accelerator pump diaphragm is leaking onto the intake manifold pretty bad. I can't find an exact match to the part number here in the CONUS. The fiat part is #9925323/Weber #47407.100 Will any of the other weber diaphragms work or does it need to be specific to a 34 DMS? I know Vick has a tune up kit, but I just need the diaphragm. Anybody else replaced one? If other part numbers will work I can probably get one locally.
Thanks in advance for the help.

Re: Leaking diaphragms lead to pregnant spiders
Hi,
I had the same problem with leaking diaphragms. Refer to a post I made on another forum. Found that the base plate was warped. Lapped on some wet & dry laid on a steel plate, lubricated with WD40 and problem solved

Hope this helps

Re: Leaking diaphragms lead to pregnant spiders
Sorry to dredge this post back up, but I still can't find a diaphragm at a reasonable price. What I don't know is if I need one specifically for a 34DMSA or if others will work. One popular fiat parts supplier that I order from has the diaphragm listed at nearly $30 but just lists one, so I suspect that same diaphragm works on all older webers installed on fiats. If anyone knows, fill me in on part number, etc. because I've seen some for less than $20. I know some of you guys are weber carb geniuses! Looks like nothing is warped, I think I just need the diaphragm.
Thanks in advance.
Thanks in advance.

I bought a rebuild kit through IAP years ago for my stock 28/36 DHSA carb. Years later, after rebuilding that carb, I swapped to dual carbs and sent the old carb to a friend knowledgeable with these carbs and was told I sent him a 34 DMSA. Do you have a picture of the diaphragm from your carb? Pierce Manifold may be able to help you.
