Hey, folks... got another bug in the '79 Spider 2000.
When I first got it, the "Brake" and "Fasten Seatbelts" lights on the dash would stay on whenever the ignition was on. Then, they started to operate normally, as in turning on when I start it up and turning off about 8 seconds later. Unless the brake is on, in which case the light stays lit until I release the parking brake.
Lately, they've been turning themselves back on while I'm driving. Say, after a hard corner, they will relight and stay lit until I shut the car off.
Is there a relay that turns these 2 lights on and off? The only other option is no hard cornering, but what fun is that?

I believe there is a relay on this located near the glove box. Mine has a habit of turning on if the RPMs drop too low. You can hear the relay click on when the lights illuminate and click when they shut off.
