how do i put my pic on my posts..

im not sure what its called the little pic to the left of every post.. ive been all over and cant figure it out.

Its called an avatar. Go to User Control Panel, click on the Profile tab; click on the Edit avatar on the left side of screen; upload a suitable image and the rest of the information is self explanatory.

Can't make it work. Calls my URL "invalid". 6KB image from my computer looks like a Picasso. I have never had any problems on other sites, just this one. Help!
