Horn and Emergency Flashers

i think it's easy to remove horn. just pop off the horn button and remove the large nut. i was told not to remove the small allen head screws that surround the center.

Re: horn...Got new used parts that look good. i'll update and upload pics of the problem parts i had.. assuming the parts are the fix.

I really don't want to use a band-aid horn button screwed on the dash or somthing.....
