Hey Folks!

Post by Site Owner »

Congrats to photoferg, dan-o, and deifans_too . . .
The last time I refreshed this board it wound up growing to
around 3,000 registered users. So you three will always have the honor
of being among the first here. Thanks for coming by and don't be afraid
to post. I expect this forum will "get legs" this week.

i have issues with forums. I learned a long time ago that when people put their heads together and share information there are no limitations to what can be done. So, what's the issue you ask....I can become something of a forum addict. I am a member/moderator on aeriostyle.com and have something like 3200 posts over there, but that's just because they had forum issues nearly two years ago as well, so I had to start fresh! So, I'm glad to be part of a fresh start over here, and hope that i can help sometimes (and find help sometimes!)

Hello Bandit and Danno -
Glad to have you both. Danno, I hear what you're saying about forums.
I'm very active on WhiteBlaze.net (it's a forum for hikers) in addition to running this one, so now I go to two forums at least twice a day and most of the time a lot more than that. Having been in the Web business since the start (1993) I think that forums are THE single most powerfull application of the web. thanks for registering and I hope you both participate ofen.

Glad to see this site is back. I bit the bullet and decided now would be a good time to lose myself back in the internet. Used to visit for info and hints on things I could do for my poor 79' spider convertible that has cancer (shedding a tear). Just got new floor pans made upo and custom interior with a new top, so at least it'll look good while sitting in the yard!!! Can't wait to share more late!
