So I got my hands on a 32/36 DGV from friend of mine, but I can't figure out how the linkage is supposed to attach. ManoaMatt had told me previously that i would have to pull the linkage attachment off the car and flip it 180 so that it would match the linear motion of our throttle assembly, which i did and was no problem. BUT I can't figure out how our linkage actuates this thing. It doesn't seem right.
On my stock carb the linkage has a ball joint that is on the end of a lever that is pulled by the throttle, but on this carb, the ball joint is located at the center of the pivot, and spins instead of actually moving like the 32 ADFA I currently have.
Any comments? Advice? Am I just not visualizing correctly? or is something up with this thing?

Hey boogiedude I've got a spare 28/32 ADHA carb like the one Mike has pictured. You can grab the linkage off of that.
