I have a 1984 Spider with 31,000 miles on Cape Cod. The car is all original except for the radio. The only repairs have been fluid changes, timing belt and clutch. The car was loaded when new. (leather air electric windows) The car has the original bill of sale from the dealer as well as all manuals that came with it including aux window crank. It is red with the original top. The flaws are it has two small paint bubbles on the drivers side door. It also has a bunch of dings on the drivers side from children opening doors into it when it was garaged for many years. (I know don't ask). I never repaired them because the original paint is so good. The car runs and shifts great except it occasionally hesitates once and only once when it is cold.
I recently moved and no longer have a garage and I am thinking of selling the car. From reading the forum I get the impression the car may be worth as much as $7000. If a member is interested please contact me. I will post pics if someone can tell me how. I tried to post this already and couldn't find it so if another post is already there please accept my apology.
