Looks like we're going to have to change the timing belt, I still have the cold start issue but that can wait, the timing belt looks like it's walking off the cam gears

I can see about a quarter of the drivers side cam pulley, so that means there's a bit of belt that's hanging off the pulley...I don't like that at all. So I've stopped driving the car until I can break down the top end, replace the gaskets and seals from the cam boxes up, and readjust the valves.
On that note, I should probably replace the tensioner while I'm in there, but I dunno where to get one
