Hey guys,
Im Steve, Ive just bought myself a project '69 Spider to work on, it needs a lot of work, but the shell is in pretty reasonable condition!
I race and drift, so building an older car will be a new experience, and have a whole load of new challenges, so wish me luck!!
I'll take a couple of pics of the car and post them up here!

Hello, and welcome to the site deftone.
Wow, a 69. That's getting pretty close to as old as these get. Good luck with your project, and we're anxious to see it.

Thanks for the welcome guys, doing a restoration is a new thing for me, as I usually build race-cars, so I will have a lot of questions for you guys over the coming months! The car itself has a straight body, with only minimal rust on one sill. Not bad considering its been sitting in sombodys back yard since '84. The interior is shot, it really is ruined, and the dash etc has all been removed , so the interior is probably going to be my main concern.
I will take some pics and get them up asap
